This breaker has a 13 hp engine and 1, 080 lb breaking weight. For jobs requiring less force, adjustable stroke setting allows operators to increase speed. At maximum drop height of 30 inches, units deliver approximately 30 strokes/min. With adjustable drop heights, breaks up to 8 and 12 inch thick concrete, respectively. They are available in increments of 6 meters, and to whatever length is needed to complete the job. Whilst using a conveyer belt all care is taken to minimize any disturbance to Landscaping & Fragile areas. When access is tight and working area is at a minimum – or a need for transporting soil uphill or downhill, we use as a conveyer system. All jobs are finished to your satisfaction. On Completion of each job we will have the site Assessed by an independent person and we will provide you with a Copy of the Clearance Certificate along with a copy of the work cover notification form. We also spray all asbestos with PVA Sealer to seal any loose fibres. Essential safety precautions must include wearing a respirator and overalls, use of non-powered hand tools, wetting down materials, notifying neighbours, wrapping waste in clearly labelled plastic and immediate disposal of waste to an approved site. Removal of asbestos products should only be undertaken by licensed contractors. Insurance policies include Public Liability, Work Cover, Products Liability plus more. License No. 207426. We are also fully insured for both asbestos removal and transportation of Asbestos. We are fully Licenced for Asbestos Removal and all work is carried out according to Work cover specifications.
