Mr Phipps has over 20 years' experience in large contracting and engineering companies with complicated Infrastructure, Resources and Energy portfolios. Mr Edwards is a company secretary with over 15 years' experience in the mining, media, manufacturing and corporate advisory. Mr Edwards has experience in advising ASL listed entities in the areas of corporate governance, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and legal matters. Mr Edwards' qualifications include commerce and secretarial practice and he has also studied law. Ms Low is a qualified professional with several experience in private practice advising clients in the areas of commercial transactions, construction, company and property law. Mr Brown is an engineer with extensive experience in marketing and general management. Roderick has held various senior management positions, including Managing Director, with companies involved in the engineering, mining, and industrial service sectors in Australia, USA and Europe and has 20 years experience as a Company Director. Mr hippie has extensive experience in international marketing and procurement, and a wide understanding of the markets and customers in the energy and resources industries. He is a professional director of a number of Fresh Zealand based private companies related to his private interests. Mr Jones is an engineer with meaningful experience in mining, energy, construction, thick industrial operations, finance and mergers acquisitions. Mr James has important experience in infrastructure, resources, oil gas, defense and energy operations in Australia and Fresh Zealand. Ms Palmer has extensive financial and commercial experience across a range of industry sectors in Australia and Asia, including construction, mining, energy, infrastructure and agriculture. OCR is committed to a corporate governance regime which reflects OCR’s business principles and is designed to address OCR’s responsibilities to its shareholders, employees, the community and other stakeholders. These principles have since been revised latter comprehensive review to simplify the structure of the eight core principles. All ASL listed companies are needed to provide a statement in their annual report disclosing the extent to which they have followed the ASL Principles in the reporting period. Where companies have not followed all the ASL Principles they must identify those ASL Principles that have not been followed and offer reasons for not latter them.
